Product Overview
Aerospace, automotive and commercial rivet and fastener wire, are manufactured highlighting surface finish and grain structure. Nichols Wire also produces custom drawn tight tolerance round wire, and round and shaped screw machine stock. Special shapes on rod and bar are available, such as fluted parts for razor handles and other consumer products.
A complete range of technical support, including metallurgical staff, chemical analysis equipment, metallography, etc., is available. A full line of bare and painted aluminum nails and spikes is offered under both Nichols or private label arrangement.
